Oxford Terrace is a 132-unit complex for qualifying low-income families located at 555 Oxford Street in Chula Vista, California. In 2000, the complex was the recipient of the Department of Housing & Urban Development’s Best Practices Award.
We also received the Beautification award from the San Diego Apartment Association for rental communities 25 years and older.
We distribute food to more than 300 local families every month as a distribution center for the San Diego Food Bank and were recently awarded the Center of the Month by the San Diego Food Bank. We coordinate monthly mobile medical services with the San Ysidro Health Center for our residents.  Oxford Terrace provides residents with free local transportation to and from shopping, the library, the Post Office and medical appointments.
